MMA Group Company Trip 2026

From July 24 to 26, 2026, more than 200 employees of MMA Group gathered in the coastal city of Nha Trang for the MMA Group Company Trip 2026. Over three days and three nights, the trip offered not only moments of relaxation but also valuable opportunities for team members to connect, share experiences, and create lasting memories together.

The journey in Nha Trang was filled with a variety of exciting activities, from energetic team building challenges and memorable moments around the campfire to a lively Gala Dinner. In addition, employees had the opportunity to visit Vinpearl and relax at I-Resort, making the most of the beauty and vibrant atmosphere of this coastal city.

The highlight of the trip was the team building program, where the spirit of teamwork was demonstrated through every challenge. Each activity gave team members the opportunity to collaborate, support one another, and push beyond their limits. The laughter, enthusiastic competition, and moments of overcoming challenges together created an energetic atmosphere where the boundaries between departments and positions seemed to disappear.

As night fell, the MMA Group 2026 Campfire Night brought a completely different atmosphere. Away from the competitions and challenges, everyone gathered together to talk, have fun, and enjoy the warm atmosphere around the campfire. These simple yet meaningful moments became some of the most memorable experiences of the trip.

The Gala Dinner was another special highlight of the journey. In the vibrant atmosphere of the evening, more than 200 MMA Group employees came together to enjoy dinner, connect with one another, and take part in exciting performances. More than just a celebration, the event was an opportunity to look back on the journey, capture beautiful memories, and strengthen the spirit of unity across the MMA Group family.

Alongside the group activities, the trip also allowed employees time to explore and unwind. Experiences at I-Resort provided a chance to relax and recharge after busy working days, while the visit to Vinpearl brought exciting moments of entertainment and discovery.
